Refund policy
Refunds / Exchange
We currently do not offer exchanges or refunds as each item is personalised for you. If your order is damaged or faulty, a replacement or refund of the purchase price will be issued to you. If this is to occur, please send an email to ceehjaycreations@gmail.com and provide your order number and a photograph of the product for assessment. You must also indicate whether you would like a replacement or refund for your order. This must be completed within 7 days of receiving your order. After your product issue is assessed, you will receive confirmation of the exchange or refund within a 72 hour period. Ceehjay Creations will endeavour to process all returns as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-refundable
We cannot in any under circumstances accept returns on gift cards.
